At Complice, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you can return it easily — here’s how it works:

Return Window

You can request a return or size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return

Log in to your account on our website, open your order and submit a return request, selecting the items and the reason. Once our team approves the request, you will receive a DHL return label by email — print it, attach it to the parcel and hand it to the courier.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is covered by the customer and is deducted from your refund or credit voucher:

• Greece: 8€
• Europe: 20€
• Rest of the world: 40€

Refund or Store Credit Voucher

When your return arrives, we perform a quality control check to make sure the item is unworn and undamaged. You can then choose between:

• a refund to your original payment method, or
• a store credit voucher to use on your next order.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the quality check.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Submit a return request and, once the quality check is complete, we will send you the new size or issue a voucher so you can order it right away.
